Regarding Shipping:

  • Domestic shipping fee - Free shipping within Japan
  • International shipping fee(EMS) - Free international shipping for orders over JP¥22,500
          Flat rate to US : JP¥3,900
          Flat rate to UK/AU/CA : JP¥3,150  
          Flat rate to SG : JP¥1,900 

Note :

In stock products ordered on Saturdays, Sundays and Japanese public holidays will be shipped in the business day after the weekend and the Japanese public holidays.

Due to the ongoing reduction in transportation capacity to various countries and territories, there may be delays in the delivery of posted international mail.

Return / Refund Policy:

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like a refund, please contact us within 8 days after receiving the item with your name, contact information and details of the item to request a return or exchange from "Contact us" below. After confirming that the item has arrived in its original condition, we will proceed with the refund process. In addition, please note that we cannot refund the shipping fee at the time of shipping from our store in the case of a refund. For returns due to buyer's convenience, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Also buyers are responsible for any loss of value if the item is not returned in its original condition.

  • If your ordered item cannot be delivered and is returned to us due to customer circumstances such as long-term absence, refusal to receive the product, relocation, etc., no refund will be given. If you wish to have the item resent after it has been returned, you will be charged an additional shipping fee, so please pick up the item as soon as possible, or contact the post office if you were absent

 

 

Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Conditions

  • We cannot accept returns or refunds for items whose production begins after ordering such as custom or personalized orders, and made to order.
  • Earrings (direct skin contact, for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale items

Damaged products

All products are carefully inspected and packaged for safe delivery to their destination. However, damage beyond our control may occur during shipping sadly. If your item arrives damaged, please send us proof of the damaged item (photos of the damaged item, packaging materials, and all boxes) so that we can understand the situation.

After that, please bring all the packages you received (damaged items, packaging materials, boxes) and submit a damage report to the post office that has jurisdiction over the delivery.

Then, please send us a message with a copy of your damage report attached.
Once we receive the copy, we will proceed with the refund or reshipment process.
If we do not have an exact replacement item in stock, you will receive a full refund or your choice of another item of similar value. Please note that if you choose "Made to Order" items, there will be a production period.
