Customs duties, import taxes and VAT/GST for international shipments vary by country. Please note that due to Japan Post regulations, customers may be required to pay these taxes when you receive your package.

Temporary Suspension of U.S. Mail Delivery Due to Changes in U.S. Tariffs and Regulations

On July 30, 2025, the U.S. government announced an Executive Order regarding mail delivery to the U.S. entitled "Suspension of De Minimis Treatment for All Countries."
As a result, Japan Post Co., Ltd. has temporarily suspended accepting mail (including EMS) to the United States from Wednesday, August 27, 2025.
As a result, shipping to the United States is currently difficult. As there is a high possibility that packages may be delayed or products may not arrive until the situation calms down, we will refrain from selling to the United States for the time being until we decide on our next steps. This is a very disappointing decision for our customers who have been looking forward to new products, but we will do our best to resume shipping as soon as possible, so please be patient.
