Important Updates Regarding Our Online Store

Thank you for being a valued customer. We're writing to inform you about some important changes to our online store, including updates to our release schedule, pricing, and international shipping. We've made these changes to give you more flexibility and help offset rising costs.

 

New Release Structure

We're transitioning from a "Monthly Release" to a new "New Release" format. Instead of a monthly drop, we will now release new items randomly throughout the year for a limited two-week period.

This change allows us to be more flexible and responsive with our designs. As always, we will announce all new releases in advance on social media and notify you via email when they go live.

Changes to Our Pricing and Past Collections
Due to changing shipping costs, we want to help you reduce your shipping fees by encouraging you to purchase multiple items at once. To make this easier, we will now be bringing back some of our past designs and making them available for purchase.

To differentiate for customers who bought during the initial, limited release, we've adjusted our pricing as follows:

- During the two-week release period, all new items will be sold at a discounted price.
- After the release period ends, any items ordered from a past collection will be sold at the regular price (discounted price + 10%).

 

Updates to International Shipping

Due to a significant increase in the cost of our materials and shipping services, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue our free international shipping. Starting September 20th, a flat-rate shipping fee will be applied to all international orders to help us maintain the quality of our products.

Here are the new flat-rate shipping fees:

UK, AU, CA: JP¥3,150 (via EMS - Express Mail Service by Japan Post)

SG: JP¥1,900 (via EMS - Express Mail Service by Japan Post)

US: JP¥12,400 (via UGX - U-Global Express by Japan Post*)
       *UGX is an official Japan Post temporary EMS replacement service.

*Please feel free to contact us for combined shipping to save on shipping costs; we are happy to assist you with individual requests.
Please be aware that any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT/GST fees for combined shipping are the responsibility of the recipient. We kindly ask that you discuss this with the other customers in advance.
